The purpose of this study is to determine the security conditions and how the risk control has been carried out by Lava Tour tourist destinations. This research is a case study in a lava tour destination located at Mount Merapi which is still active in Yogyakarta D.I Province. Data were collected by observation using Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) sheets and the As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) concept, and also in-depth interviews. There were six informants who were selected purposively. The results of the identification of hazards in the Lava Tour area include rocky and sandy roads, close to cliffs, the Rest of My Treasure Museum which is in an unsafe condition. cliff fence, lack of warning signs. The safety risk assessment at Lava Tour tourist sites is two extreme risk, five high risk, and two moderate risk. Controls that have been carried out include briefings, signs, Standard Operation Procedures for driving, and personal protective equipment, First Aid training in Accidents and Emergency First Aid. The risk is still tolerable because tourism activities are opened based on the active status of Mount Merapi. Recommendations for control efforts are made by making handrails on stairs and providing boundaries for entry and exit for tourists, repairing cliff fences, diverting roads for tourist jeeps, increasing routine human resource training, public toilets and providing polyclinics.
2022-07-05T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Jurnal Kesehatan Komunitas https://jurnal.htp.ac.id/index.php/keskom/article/view/1141 Feeding to Toddlers and Consumption of Microelements When Mothers are Postpartum with Nutritional Status of Toddlers 2022-03-10T06:06:11+00:00 Yena Wineini Migang yenawineini.migang@yahoo.co.id Ketut Resmaniasih yenawineini.migang@yahoo.co.id Evan Kristanus Migang yenawineini.migang@yahoo.co.id
Stunting is at risk of inhibiting toddler brain development. This study analyzes the relationship between gadget use and eye fatigue complaints in college students during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study is a quantitative study using a cross-sectional design involving a sample of 171 students of the Public Health Study Program of the University of Prima Indonesia. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with inclusion criteria, namely, students in semester 2 to semester 8. The data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test and multiple logistic regression tests. The level of spirituality has a very important role in alleviating suffering and also has an influence on health outcomes in order to maintain the quality of life of patients with CKD. This study aims to identify the relationship between Spirituality and Quality of Life of patients with CKD during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method uses descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. The sample of this study were 154 patients with Chronic Kidney Failure who were at the Islamic Hospital Jakarta Pondok Kopi. The measurement instrument uses a Spirituality Level scale that adapts the daily spiritual experience scale (DSES) and a quality of life scale that adapts kidney disease and quality of life (KDQOL-36TM). Data collection using google form is carried out for ± 1 month, data processing using SPSS version 25. Results Statistical test using binary logistic regression analysis found a significant relationship between spirituality level and quality of life (B: 1.513. p = 0.001, OR: 4.539, 95% CI: 1.880; 10.963). The conclusion is that the quality of life of patients with CKD during the COVID-19 pandemic can be maintained by increasing the patient's spirituality level after being controlled by social support, Hb value, length of illness and comorbidities. This study recommends the need for nurses to increase the level of spirituality in patients with chronic kidney failure in order to improve their quality of life.
2022-08-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Jurnal Kesehatan Komunitas https://jurnal.htp.ac.id/index.php/keskom/article/view/1209 Do Parents Use The Internet And Social Media To Child Health-Seeking Information? 2022-04-28T22:44:16+00:00 Riza Hayati Ifroh rizahayatiifroh@fkm.unmul.ac.id Lies Permana liespermana@fkm.unmul.ac.id
Parents in the digital era increasingly use the internet and social media to search for health information on their children, as well as provide opportunities to interact with other users to discuss children's health issues.
