Withdrawal of Manuscripts
The author is not allowed to withdraw the submitted manuscript, because the process of submitting there is an agreement that this article is not in / is in the review process / has been published later in other journals, besides that it has also put valuable editor and reviewer time. Editors and reviewers have spent a lot of time processing submitted manuscripts, costs and work invested by publishers.
If the author still asks for the withdrawal of the manuscript while the manuscript is still in the peer-review process, the writer will be punished by paying IDR 500,000 per manuscript, as a bill to the publisher. However, it is unethical to withdraw manuscripts sent from one journal if accepted by another journal. Withdrawal of manuscripts after being accepted for publication, the author will be punished by paying IDR 1,000,000 per manuscript. Manuscript withdrawals are only permitted after a withdrawal penalty has been registered with the Issuer.
