Implementation of Increasing Little Doctor's Knowledge About Personal Health Recording During the Covid-19 Period in North Freshwater Elementary School

Abstract

Pencatatan perkembangan kesehatan diri sangat penting untuk melihat kesinambungan data riyawat medis individu dan sangat dibutuhkan oleh individu itu sendiri demi untuk mengendalikan derajat kesakitan. Pencatatan kesehatan pada usia sekolah belum berjalan dengan baik, masalahnya adalah proses rekapitulasi secara manual membutuhkan waktu analisis yang lebih lama. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SD N 19 Air Tawar Utara dengan melakukan penyuluhan ke dokter kecil. Sasaran pada kegiatan ini adalah dokter kecil. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan yaitu pengukuran peningkatan pengetahuan dokter kecil tentang pencatatan riwayat kesehatan anak usia sekolah termasuk riwayat Kesehatan diri sendiri. Sebelum diadakan penyuluhan tentang pencatatan riwayat kesehatan terlebih dahulu diberikan pretest dan setelah penyuluhan diadakan posttest. Didapatkan hasil dari 15 dokter kecil sebanyak 6% (1 orang) memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang pencatatan riwayat kesehatan. Hasil dari pelaksanaan penyuluhan terlihat ada peningkatan pengetahuan, dimana sebanyak 74% (11 orang) berpengetahuan baik. Kesimpulan pengabdian masyarakat adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dokter kecil setelah pemberian sosialisasi tentang pencatatan riwayat kesehatan dari 6% menjadi 74%. Diharapkan kepada pihak sekolah agar dibina dokter kecil dari waktu ke waktu dibawah arahan petugas Puskesmas Air Tawar.

Abstract

Recording Personal Health Development is very important to see the continuity of individual medical history data in order to control the degree of pain. Recording of Health at school age has not been going well, the problem is that the process of recapitulation manually requires longer analysis time. This activity was carried out in SDN 19 Air Tawar Timur by counseling to a Small Doctor. The target in this activity is a Small Doctor. This community service activity was carried out by measuring the increase in the knowledge of small doctors about recording the medical history of school-age children including their own medical history. Before the counseling activity on recording of medical history, a pretest was given first and after counseling a posttest was held. The results were obtained from 15 small doctors, 6% (1 person) had good knowledge about recording of medical history. The results of the implementation of counseling showed that there was an increase in knowledge, which was 74% (11 people) had well knowledge. In conclusion, there was an increase in the knowledge of small doctors after providing socialization about the recording of medical history from 6% to 74%. It is expected that the school should develop small doctors from time to time under the direction of the Air Tawar health center officers.
