Pengaruh Senam Ergonomik Terhadap Penurunan Nyeri Dismenorea pada Remaja Putri

Remaja ialah masa peralihan yang dicirikan perubahan fisik dan hormonal, termasuk pematangan sistem reproduksi. Salah satu masalah kesehatan yang banyak remaja putri alami adalah dismenorea yang dapat mengganggu kegiatan belajar dan kualitas hidup. Studi ini bermaksud menganalisis efek senam ergonomik pada penurunan nyeri dismenorea pada remaja putri di SMPN 11 Samarinda. Studi mempergunakan desain quasi-experiment pretest–posttest. Sampel berjumlah 30 remaja putri umur 12–15 tahun yang menderita dismenorea, dibagi menjadi kelompok kontrol dan intervensi. Kelompok intervensi diberi senam ergonomik dan senam dismenorea, di sisi lain, kelompok kontrol diberi senam dismenorea. Pengukuran nyeri mempergunakan Visual Analogue Scale sebelum dan pasca intervensi. Analisis data mempergunakan Mann-Whitney U Test dan Uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Temuan studi memperlihatkan penurunan nyeri dismenorea yang signifikan di kedua kelompok dengan p < 0,05, beserta penurunan nyeri yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan kelompok intervensi. Simpulan penelitian: senam ergonomik menurunkan nyeri dismenorea.
