Hubungan Efikasi diri Masyarakat terhadap Vaksinasi COVID-19 di Puskesmas Siak Hulu I Kabupaten Kampar Tahun 2021

Berkembangnya kasus COVID-19 sangat meresahkan karena tingginya angka kesakitan dan kematian. Tantangan kesehatan ini muncul akibat masih rendahnya cakupan vaksinasi COVID-19 yang terus digencarkan oleh pemerintah. Adanya promosi kesehatan berbasis efikasi diri masyarakat sebagai pencegahan efektif COVID-19 belum dapat dilaksanakan sepenuhnya. Pemahaman dan persepsi masyarakat dalam pencegahan COVID-19 sangat diharapkan. Keyakinan masyarakat atau dikenal efikasi diri sangat dibutuhkan dalam mendukung vaksinasi COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri masyarakat terhadap vaksinasi COVID-19. Penelitian analitik Kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Jumlah 209 sampel dengan cara simple random sampling di Puskesmas Siak Hulu I. Waktu penelitian 9 Oktober 2021. Jenis uji statistik yang digunakan padalah tes X2 (chi square). Tes ini digunakan karena pada variabel dependen (outcome) maupun variabel independen merupakan variabel kategorik. Hasil Penelitian ditemukan hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan vaksinasi COVID-19. Seseorang memiliki efikasi diri yang tinggi lebih besar 5 kali melakukan vaksinasi dibandingkan seseorang yang memiliki efikasi diri rendah. Disarankan agar meningkatkan efikasi diri melalui komunikasi kesehatan yang baik dan mudah dipahami tentang vaksinasi COVID-19 di masyarakat.
