Analisis Bibliometrik: Peran Stakeholder dalam Eliminasi Tuberkulosis (TBC)

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih terbatasnya studi yang secara sistematis memetakan peran pemangku kepentingan dalam upaya eliminasi tuberkulosis (TBC), padahal isu ini krusial dalam pencapaian target kesehatan global dan Sustainable Development Goals. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis lanskap publikasi ilmiah terkait peran stakeholder dalam eliminasi TBC selama periode 2014–2024. Fokus kajian meliputi tren publikasi, tema utama, intensitas fokus topik, serta evolusi konseptual. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis bibliometrik berbasis data sekunder dari 415 artikel jurnal yang diperoleh melalui perangkat Publish or Perish dan diseleksi menggunakan Mendeley. Selanjutnya, analisis visual dilakukan dengan perangkat lunak VOSviewer untuk menghasilkan peta co-accurance kata kunci, peta densitas, dan peta temporal (overlay). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa diskursus ilmiah masih didominasi oleh tema medis dan implementasi program kesehatan masyarakat. Namun, dalam beberapa tahun terakhir terjadi peningkatan perhatian terhadap konsep keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan yang lebih luas, termasuk tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) dan adopsi teknologi inovatif seperti kecerdasan buatan. Temuan ini mendukung urgensi pendekatan multisektoral dalam eliminasi TBC sebagaimana ditekankan dalam teori pemangku kepentingan. Simpulan penelitian ini menyoroti pergeseran arah penelitian menuju pengakuan terhadap kontribusi aktor non-tradisional dan inovasi teknologi. Implikasi praktis dan teoretis ditujukan bagi pemerintah, akademisi, lembaga donor, dan sektor swasta dalam memperkuat kolaborasi lintas sektor yang lebih terintegrasi.
