Identifikasi dan Pengendalian Risiko K3 pada Proses Produksi CPO dengan Metode HIRARC

Abstrak

Proses produksi di industri kelapa sawit mengandung potensi bahaya dan risiko kecelakaan kerja. PT XYZ unit Palm Oil Mill (POM) mencatat 15 kasus kecelakaan kerja pada tahun 2021-2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya K3 dan menilai risiko pada setiap tahapan proses produksi CPO di PT XYZ unit POM menggunakan metode Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC). Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh populasi pekerja di PT XYZ unit POM. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui observasi lapangan dan kuesioner, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen perusahaan. Analisis data meliputi analisis deskriptif dan penilaian risiko dengan metode HIRARC. Terdapat perbedaan tingkat risiko yang signifikan antar unit. Loading Ramp memiliki risiko tertinggi karena padatnya aktivitas,  pekerjaan di ketinggian, dan pergerakan alat berat.  Unit Sortasi, Sterilizer, Thresher dan Digester, Press, Klarifikasi, dan Kernel memiliki risiko sedang, sedangkan Weighbridge memiliki risiko terendah. Faktor manusia menjadi penyebab dominan kecelakaan kerja. Rekomendasi pengendalian risiko disusun berdasarkan hirarki pengendalian, meliputi eliminasi, substitusi, rekayasa teknik, rekayasa administratif, dan penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD).
