Abstrak

Latar belakang: salah satu upaya untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat performance adalah dengan menggunakan indikator kualitas layanan. Meskipun banyak indikator kualitas layanan kesehatan yang terpublikasi, namun indikator yang mengkhususkan pada pelayanan di rumah masih sangat terbatas, dan belum ada yang menampilkan tentang kondisi layanan pasien stroke di rumah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menentukan metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengkaji kualitas home care serta mengindentifikasi komponen-komponen yang dapat digunakan untuk menilai kualitas layanan home care melalui studi review literatur.

Metode: penelusuran artikel melalui database website Google Scholar, EBSCO, ProQuest dan PubMed

Hasil: metode untuk mengkaji kualitas layanan home care dengan studi kualitatif menggunakan review literatur dengan analisis kuantitatif, menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang telah tersedia secara luas dan reliabel. Peneliti mengidentifikasi tema-tema yang berbeda dalam pengelompokan indikator kualitas , namun sebagian besar artikel mengklasifikasikan sebagai indikator outcome, hanya satu indikator sebagai indikator proses, dan tidak ada indikator yang masuk dalam indikator struktur atau input. Keseluruhan indikator kualitas home care yang digunakan oleh ketiga artikel merujuk kepada the Home Care Quality Indicators Instrument (HCQIs).

Kesimpulan: beberapa studi menyebutkan tentang indikator kualitas layanan kesehatan, namun tidak ada yang secara spesifik membahas tentang layanan pada pasien stroke. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk benar-benar mengidentifikasi komponen indikator pada pasien stroke, dan penting pula untuk memastikan bahwa indikator tersebut valid dan reliabel.
