Efektivitas Pregnancy e-Conseling terhadap Perilaku Kesehatan Maternal Selama Masa Pandemic COVID-19

Abstrak

Mayoritas ibu hamil pada masa pandemi covid-19 enggan melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan karena takut terpapar virus, sehingga konseling online menjadi alternatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi efektivitas Pregnancy e-Counselling (PeC) terhadap perilaku kesehatan prenatal selama kehamilan selama masa Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan Pre-Post Test With Control Group Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling pada 94 responden yang dibagi 47 ibu hamil pada kelompok kontrol dan 47 pada kelompok intervensi di 6 Puskesmas di Aceh Besar. Intervensi PeC diawali dengan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dilanjutkan dengan konseling online yang dipandu oleh konselor disertai dengan pemberian video yang dirancang khusus tentang kesehatan ibu hamil selama masa Covid-19. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner standar Prenatal Health Behavior Scale (PHBS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara perilaku kesehatan prenatal sebelum dan sesudah PeC pada kelompok intervensi dengan Uji Wilcoxon (p=0,000), dan pada post-test antara kontrol dan intervensi Mann-Whitney Test (p=0,000). Kesimpulan: PeC merupakan metode yang sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan perilaku kesehatan ibu selama kehamilan terutama pada masa pandemi. Sehingga sangat disarankan agar PeC dapat diterapkan sebagai bagian dari kunjungan kehamilan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan prenatal.
