Abstrak
Latar belakang: Keselamatan dalam perusahaan adalah hal utama dan pertama. Tidak terkecuali di perusahaan minyak dan gas X di Cilacap, Indonesia. Perusahaan ini mewajibkan semua perusahaan kontraktor yang mengirim pekerjanya diwajibkan untuk memenuhi Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Kontraktor (CSMS) di perusahaan minyak dan gas ini. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis kinerja keselamatan kerja pekerja yang dikirim oleh perusahaan kontraktor perusahaan minyak dan gas X.
Metode :Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggunakan sampel responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan mewawancarai setiap responden yang dipilih.
Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hubungan antara masing-masing variabel terpilih terkait kinerja keselamatan kerja pada perusahaan minyak dan gas X ini.
Kesimpulan : Diharapkan dengan penelitian ini, keselamatan kerja pada perusahaan minyak dan gas X dapat lebih ditingkatkan untuk kebaikan dalam masa depan.
